In 1999, after 10 years of efforts, the biggest investment in the Nord Pas de Calais region is made in the transport and logistics sector: the Dourges multimodal platform.

In order to identify and position it, everything has to be started from scratch… From a mere project, the platform has to become a reality. Especially for the professionals who are to use it.

In December 2003 the platform was brought into service.
